Let's take a look at a Brazilian MMA system that has been an mma system before "mixed martial arts" became a modern thing. I hope more people get to know Luta Livre. Luta Livre is a mixed martial arts style founded by Euclydes Hatem. It's grappling is mostly Catch Wrestling and Kosen Judo. In Brazil, there is historically a rivalry between Luta Livre and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and we do go over some of that in the end of the video. Also, stay until the end for a bonus clip!
