the day has finally come, RusJJ ported silent's amazing mod to the mobile version! no more old mods like mine that depend on manipulating the gang zones using three existing gang territory colors (and also silly mods that only change the map to look like there's a gang territory)

expect my old mod to be deprecated, because i will be remaking it into a one big cleo script (i will be creating my version based on this mod and also a "legacy" version for those who still want to experience my old mod that's not based on a save file or still play the 1.08 version with cleo support)
