One mysterious night, a golden comet shot across the sky and exploded right above AumSum’s house. A small spark from it drifted down, passed through his window, and silently landed on his hand as he slept.

The next morning, AumSum rubbed his eyes and reached for his blanket. It instantly turned into solid gold. Confused, he touched his pillow - gold again. He jumped out of bed and grabbed the doorknob. It too transformed into gold, heavy and unmoving. AumSum had to smash through the window just to get out.

At first, he thought it was the coolest power ever. He turned rocks, sticks, and even an old bicycle into gold. But soon, everything became too dangerous. His shoes turned to gold mid-walk and shattered. A handshake turned someone’s phone into a golden brick. People started backing away. The town grew nervous.

Worse still, AumSum couldn’t eat - food, spoons, even water, all turned to gold the moment he touched them. Hunger and thirst started growing. He wrapped his hands in thick gloves, but they melted into gold too.

Things took a dramatic turn when an old dam near the town began cracking. A massive flood was about to burst through. The town had only minutes before everything would be underwater. Sirens screamed. People began to evacuate.

AumSum saw the chaos and knew he had to try something. He sprinted toward the dam, dodging falling trees and splashing water. His hands were still glowing gold. As the first crack split open and water began rushing through, AumSum climbed to the edge and slammed his hand onto the wall.

In an instant, the entire dam turned to gold. The flow of water stopped completely. The structure was stronger than ever. The town was safe. AumSum had once again saved the day.
