Tools Needed:

Heat gun or hairdryer

Suction cup and plastic prying tools

Pentalobe (P2) and Phillips screwdrivers

ReplacementSamsung S21 Plus screen

Isopropyl alcohol (optional for adhesive loosening)

Steps:

1. Power off your Samsung S21 Plus completely before starting the repair.

2. Warm the edges of the display using a heat gun or hairdryer. This helps soften the adhesive securing the screen.

3. Use a suction cup and plastic prying tools to gently lift and separate the display from the frame.

4. Avoid using metal tools to prevent damage.

5. Remove the display connector and carefully disconnect the display cables and battery connector.

6. Detach the old screen fully by disconnecting all flex cables.

7. If adhesive is stubborn, apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol around the edges.

8. Transfer necessary components (earpiece speaker, sensors, etc.) from the old display to the new screen if they are not pre-installed.

9. Connect the new display, reattach the new display flex, and reconnect the battery.

10. Close the phone carefully, pressing around the edges to ensure proper alignment, and reinstall all screws.

11. Power on the device and test the new screen to ensure everything works properly.
