The operator of the ship that struck the Baltimore Key Bridge and caused the bridge to collapse has filed a lawsuit claiming the designer and builder of the ship, Hyundai Heavy Industries, is responsible for the accident.
The Dali was built by Hyundai of South Korea in 2014. These types of lawsuits are to be expected as liability assesments continue.
