The local market is an open market that offers a variety of highly fresh produce.
The one in the video is close to Continente and they open only on Wednesdays & Fridays from 9 am & they sell at a reasonable price.
You have to also take note of going with cash, personally, I haven't been seeing anyone accepting transfers or making use of a POS. Everyone pays for their items with cash. Make sure to withdraw your money and have it handy before going.
Every district has a local market, ask around the one closest to you. The market days might be different from other local market.
