Chicken & Rice Soup Recipe
Seasonings:
Chicken bouillon 2 tbsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
Thin soy sauce 1 tbsp.
White pepper 1 tsp.
Jasmine rice ~ 1 cup
Premium Cornish Hen 1 or 2 as needed (Chicken)
Eggs 2ea.
Shallot 3 cloves 1 cup minced
Garlic 7 cloves 1/2 cup minced
Ginger 1/2 cup minced
Spring onion a handful
Cilantro a handful
Instructions:
Boiling water 10 to 14 cups as needed; wait until it's hot.
Add chicken let simmer approx. 15 - 20 minutes
please remove it from the pot
add a cup of Jasmine rice let simmer for 1 hour
check to see if the rice is cooked, if the soup is too thick, then add the water as needed
Wait for five more minutes, then put the eggs in the soup as shown in the video
Taste the soup to your taste button…………
