Woodturning - Bee kind

May 20 is World Bee Day and I wanted to create something for that.
Bees play a significant role in world supply of fruits, vegetables and fibers through pollination.
At least 1/3rd of all the foods we eat rely on pollinators such as honey bees.
If you are doing some gardening please consider planting some bee friendly plants.
There plenty of low maintenance plants that can work well even in pots, some of my favorites are:
Lavender, Rosemary, Wildflowers, Dahlias, Cosmos, Poppies, Honeysuckle.

Today's project features wood from my scrap pile and some firewood.

All of the wood shown in my videos is locally and sustainability sourced. Many pieces include recycled native timber from items such as old furniture, house renovations, building demolitions and the occasional tree.
