The Gasmate Burger Stuffer. Meat should be cold before use. Cold meat will make removing the burger from the Burger Stuffer easier and create better sealed patties. Once meat is room temperature it may get too sticky.
You will quickly learn the proper amounts of meatto utilise for the bottom and top patties. To make the best patties ensure that the top patty is not too large.
Ensure that any raw ingredients, eg. meat you may use as a ‘stuffer’ is pre-cooked. Lightly wet the Burger Stuffer with water or oil prior to use to ensure patties easily eject and hold the best form once removed.
