Namaste 🙏🏻 in this video i am going to tell you 10 to 12 week muscle building workoutplan with proper technique. इसका नाम मैंने HARD MUSCLE रखा है।
In this schedule we will train 2 muscles together.
like:- chest+triceps
Back+biceps
Crossfit+ hiit
Shoulder+ trapezius
Legs+hamstring+ calf
In this program we will train 5 days a week and take 2 days for rest.
Reps/Weight: Use 6–12 reps with moderate-heavy weights.
• Rest Between Sets: 60–90 seconds.
• Progressive Overload: Increase weight or reps weekly.
• Nutrition: Surplus calories + 1.3–1.6g protein per kg body weight.
. Balanced recovery and hypertrophy
👉 This split gives each muscle 2 hits per week, with enough recovery for growth.
This workout will very effective for strength, endurance and hypertrothy.
