Velomobile Front Suspension Maintenance

This time I did some maintenance to the front suspension of my Quest velomobile. I noticed some play in the suspension and found out that the nylon sliding part inside the suspension strut is worn out. I also found out that the suspension strut inner rod is somehow bend, so I had to replace that as well.
Similar suspension construction can be found in Quest XS, Strada, Mango, Quatrovelo and DF velomobiles.
