Hobi Stars In A 2008 Dance Musical

Hobi shared that he was part of a dance musical, but couldn't find the clips anywhere. He then asked ARMY to find them for him. ARMY had been wearing their detective hat for years, so of course, they found the clips!

Hobi was in a musical called "잔향" (Janhyang, meaning "Reverberation") in 2008. He was around 14 years old at the time.

"Reverberation" was based on a true story, and it was about discovering love in a family. The family in the musical had some struggles to deal with, and Hobi's acting was on point.

What humble Hobi didn't mention is that he was street cast as the main lead child actor for that musical. Good thing detective ARMY managed to find the blog of Hobi's middle school friend, who shared the story back in 2015

I've always been impressed by Hobi's acting, I even made a video about it, but I didn't know he was a young actor. So Hobi had been doing all these "acting challenges" for years, and didn't even mention being street cast for a musical??
