Taking a midday walk during a mild October storm down the Ogden point brake water in Victoria BC. During my time at the Breakwater the Canadian Coast Guard went out on a RHIB. The Pacific guardian pilot vessel also departed the pilot station heading to a bulk carrier or tanker vessel. My apologies for the wind noise. This was recorded on a phone. Due to the wind, it was too risky to open the camera bag and install the proper microphone with wind protection on my camera.
