Cinematic 4K DJI Air2S Drone footage of Brașov in Transylvania, Romania. Brașov is one of the most beautiful and most visited places in Romania, fringed by the peaks of the Southern Carpathian Mountains and resplendent with gothic, baroque and renaissance architecture. Brașov was founded in 1211 by the Teutonic Knights, on an ancient Dacian site. Brașov was settled in the 13th century by the Saxons and shortly became one of Transylvania's seven walled citadels Siebenburgen.
The main focus in this video is the Old Townhall Square (Piața Sfatului), which is lined by colourfully painted and richely ornated baroque structures. It is on Old Townhall Square that you find important sites such as the Brașov Old Town Hall (Casa Sfatului) and the Black Church (Biserica Neagra), which is the largest gothic structure in Romania. Mount Tâmpa (Muntele Tâmpa) is also starring in this video in the background. Mount Tâmpa and the Hollywood-like sign are true symbols of the city of Brașov.
