Ingredients:
200g beef tenderloin
450g flat rice noodles
1/2 onion
3-4 stalks of green onion
A handful of mung bean sprouts
1tbsp garlic mince (or mince 4-5 cloves of garlic)
Marinate beef with:
1tsp cooking
2tsp light soy sauce
1tsp dark soy sauce
Some white pepper powder
1/2tsp garlic powder
1tsp corn starch
1/4tsp sugar
1/4tsp baking soda (dissolve it in 10ml water first)
1tsp oil
Noodle sauce:
2tsp light soy sauce
1/2tsp onion powder
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp sugar
1tsp dark soy sauce
15ml water
Others:
Oil
Salt
Dark soy sauce
