Is this Kawasaki Ninja 400 too far gone? I bought this wrecked sportbike from a salvage auction. The front end was crushed, the famous KRT Green fairings were shattered into pieces, and the forks were bent at a 90-degree angle.
In this video, I perform some serious "plastic surgery" to bring this Ninja back to life. Instead of buying expensive new parts, I show you how to plastic weld the broken bodywork, straighten the frame, and detail the engine to make it look brand new.
💚 Rebuild Process:
Strip Down: Removing the shattered plastics and inspecting the damage.
Plastic Welding: Fixing the cracked ABS fairings using a soldering iron and wire mesh.
Suspension: Replacing the bent fork tubes and servicing the seals.
Engine: Oil change, coolant flush, and cleaning the exhaust headers.
Paint: Repainting the tank and fairings in the signature Kawasaki Green.
Transformation: From a crashed mess to a track-ready machine.
