Palak Paneer, one of the most popular and desired vegetarian dishes from Indian cuisine, is both delicious and nutritious. The combination works so well together and easy to use as base flavour to incorporate in other dishes. Some time back I also did a video on ‘palak paneer’ Stuffed Mushrooms which is one of my favourite snacks. We mostly make pizza at home and try to get inspiration from flavours around the world for our toppings and this time that inspiration was Palak Paneer. All the ingredients that go in to make this wonderful dish are used in one form or the other to create this healthy flavourful pizza.
Ingredients:
Pizza Flour - 500g
Yeast - 1 tsp
Water - 300ml + more if needed
Olive Oil - 3 tbsp
Spinach - 250g
Paneer - 300g
Ginger -1 inch piece
Garlic -4 cloves
Green Chilli - 2
Onion - 1 medium
Corn - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1 medium
Fresh mozzarella-125g
Yogurt - 1/4 cup
Mint - small handful
