It’s been a while. I was on the edge of a burnout so I stopped and reflected a bit. Now I am back, and here to stay! It’s our habit, our feelings, our good and bad days, our religion and culture, yet everyone is telling us what to eat, where to eat, how to eat. Just listen to your heart, your gut and your craving. All I ever want is to enjoy the time I have on this beautiful earth, eat good food and be there for others. Happiness is not about getting what we want. It’s wanting what we have!
I hope everyone is doing very well, if not, have faith. Things are always, ALWAYS working out in our favour, we just need to be patient enough to wait for whatever beautiful things are coming.
