【惠州美食：黄金酥丸】

惠州的客家人有一道特别的「黄金酥丸」菜式流传百年，因为美味和吉祥寓意而广受欢迎。早在清代诗人袁枚编著的食谱「随园食单」中已有记载，近年更被列入惠州及广东省非物质文化遗产名录。

黄金酥丸是惠州客家人逢年过节馈赠亲友的传统心意，也是旅居海外客家人的乡愁寄托。
