Dodge Grand Caravan - REAR DEFROSTER BLINKING? NO HEAT OR A/C?

Is rear defroster blinking on your Dodge Grand Caravan and CLIIMATE CONTROLS do not work for first 10 - 30 seconds after you have started the van? Blower not working, no air condition or heat? ( 2008 | 2009 | 2010 | 2011 | 2012 | 2013 | 2014 | 2015 | 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | SE | CVP | AMP | SXT | LIMITED | CREW | VALUE PACKAGE | EXPRESS ).

This vans are equipped with "self adjusting" blend door actuator system. That means every time you start the van, climate controls go through self adjustment and check every blend door actuator and blend door. If one fails the test, you get the blinking rear defroster.
Problem is a bit deeper because if you replace the failed blend door actuators with replacement parts (such as Dorman), the new actuator will work, but still fail the self adjustment test.
YOU HAVE TO GO WITH DODGE OEM BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR (MOPAR).
