Now that our Jeep Kaiser is completely stripped down, we're on the hunt for hidden damage in the frame, axles, engine, and transmissions. We found a rotted crossmember and a failing spring pack, which we’ll need to fix. Then we begin fabricating a custom roll cage for the bed. As we clean up the engine, we also show you how to make your own custom gaskets.
