How To Rename A SharePoint Online Site

This SharePoint tutorial will demonstrate how you can rename a SharePoint Online site. Specifically, it will demonstrate how you can rename a SharePoint site collection in SharePoint Online through the SharePoint user interface. This SharePoint Online tutorial will also demonstrate how to rename a SharePoint site associated with Teams. Specifically, it will demonstrate how to rename a SharePoint Teams site that serves as the back-end of a team in Microsoft Teams. When a new Microsoft Team is created, a SharePoint teams site is also created to host the content stored in the team. Changing a SharePoint site name can be done directly from the SharePoint Online site in a few simple steps.
