Hi Everyone, M&S Women’s Collection — September 2025 Highlights & Trends

Here’s what I found about M&S’s women’s fashion as of late 2025:
• M&S has launched its Autumn/Winter 2025 (AW25) women’s ranges, with strong emphasis on newness, modern fits, trend-forward touches while maintaining their value reputation. 
• They are planning ~475 new womenswear options per month as part of their “first bite” strategy—i.e. constantly refreshing the range. 
• Key categories they are pushing include dresses (from everyday to occasion wear), outerwear (statement coats, trenches, cape silhouettes) and knitwear. 
• They are also leaning into fashion-led elements: faux leather, animal prints (especially leopard and snake), heritage textures (tweed, checks), and subtle embellishments. 
• Outerwear seems to be a star category: trench coats, structured wool coats, croc‑embossed finishes, tailored chocolate tones, etc. 
• M&S is pushing to attract younger fashion-conscious customers (ages 18–34 and 35–54) while retaining its core over-55 demographic. 
• They have sharpened pricing “architecture” so that core pieces (e.g. jeans, knitwear) remain accessible while allowing for more premium tiers (designer-look pieces) to sit higher. 
• M&S claims its womenswear is achieving its “best-ever style perception” among many customers, especially younger groups.
