🍫 Eggless Chocolate Cake in Pan
📝 Ingredients:

Milk – 1 cup
Curd (Dahi) – ½ cup
Butter – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup
Maida (All-purpose flour) – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
Baking powder – ½ tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
🔪 Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth batter.
Cover and cook the batter for 15 minutes on low to medium flame in a pan or kadai.

🍫 Homemade Chocolate Syrup with Milk
📝 Ingredients:

Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
Milk – ½ cup
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp (optional)
Salt – a tiny pinch (enhances flavor)
🔪 Method:
Mix Ingredients
In a pan, add cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Slowly whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
Heat
Place on low to medium flame. Stir continuously until the mixture starts to boil.
Simmer
Let it simmer for 4–5 minutes until it thickens slightly. It will thicken more as it cools.
Add Vanilla
Turn off the heat and mix in vanilla essence.
Cool & Store
Cool completely. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to a week.
Once done, you can spread chocolate syrup on top of the cake for extra taste!
