I Built a DREAM HOME in The Sims 2 from Scratch

27 Rosehip Crescent is a 50 x 30 lot and costs 194,117 Simoleons. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstairs W/C, entryway, open plan living room/kitchen/diner and conservatory. There is a porch in the back garden with a barbecue and also a swimming pool. The covered driveway hosts a brand new Mercedes.
