Demonstration of the First form of Bamboo Forest Mantis, the so called ' Fu Shou ', or '拂手' in Chinese. It is also mentioned as ' Budist Hands '.
This form is the base of Bamboo Forest Mantis. There are a few key points in practices: the Stand, the Body form (curving your chest inward), the Elbow form , the Phoenix-eye Fist (have to grab all the fingers tight), the way of punching (always punch from the central line of you body).
Above are just my personal opinions and passed from the master. We always bear in mind that martial arts can not be practiced by just watching the videos, because the video doesn't show the way of using your power. A master and training partners are always needed.
