The ISSB preparation Lecture on possible approach for preparation for ISSB followed by interactive audio-video session. An "issb training video" which can be viewed by candidates of PMA, Pakistan Army, PN and PAF for preparing for PMA Long Courses to be held at Pakistan Military Academy during the year 2021-2022 and other academies of Navy as well as Air Force. It may be noted that nature of tests are same for all courses.

How to adopt yourself for #issbtest and ISSB interviews, the GTO tasks and #Psychologicaltest #intelligencetest. The training video cum lecture discusses reasons for failure in ISSB and then how to go about ISSB test preparation from your #issbcallletter to #issbpreparation and #issbrecommendation letter. Major problem in #issbtraining in Pakistan lies in the fact that most person going for tests at ISSB consider that they will be tested on the same lines at that of academic subjects. Its not realized that psychological test and test meant to check #personality of a person don't have set answers as that of math, physics etc. The prevailing culture also leads youngsters to become defensive and thus masking their personalities which causes failure.

The training from #forcesacademy #issbschoolofexcellence or community solutions is not the right way to go about preparing for ISSB at home or #issbtestpreparationacademy. One should first see the syllabus of test and ie given a issb guidelines at official website. One would see that it contains such aspects as leadership, confidence, knowledge, awareness etc. so preparation of the candidates should focus on it. One should not just go to an issb test preparation academy thinking his leadership will improve.

It may be noted that ISSB does not encourage training in academy as they feel it will result in limited education and restrict ones mind.
