Easy mistake or poor diagnosis?

Somehow, someone has completely misdiagnosed a huge leak that ended up going downstairs and next door, thankfully, it was not me!

I'm not one to criticise others and I am hoping its been a communication error as this boiler was pouring out, unfortunately, you don't get to see any of the leak as it was more critical to get the water back off and I don't think the customer would have appreciated me standing there with a camera as opposed to running out to the stopcock in the road!

Next is the answer's you have all been waiting for on the Worcester 28i Junior with no heating or hot water, then a small oversight on my part - hand's up!
