Just please be sure to use a mat with round shapes as the pyramid one results in pills with sharp corners but if its only one you can find it's still ok just will need to let your pills sit for a few minutes to soften the corners. NOW As for dosage it is recommended to start with 1/4 tsp. twice a day with food so that would be 2 of this size pill. Then slowly increase until you feel the results. I now take 8 of these twice a day with food so that is 1 teaspoon twice a day and Its great but we are not all alike so when you reach 1 teaspoon twice a day then continue with that dosages for a few weeks to see if it is the right dose for you.
