Trouble in Temecula Wine Country?!? The Patch and Press Enterprise have reported “A Record Number of Wineries for Sale” in the Temecula Valley. I found this Press Enterprise article to be quite interesting and it made me wonder if it could be a sign for trouble to come with residential properties in Wine Country… or not…so I dug into it and I’ll let you know what I found out.
