We start today's walk on Kensington High Street in west London and head east where we end up outside the famous Royal Albert Hall.
On the way we pass a few points of interest. At 12:15 we see one of thirteen Cabmen's Shelters in the capital. These are small green huts designed to provide cover to Hansom Cab drivers (horse-driven taxis) in Victorian times. At 14:21 we take a glance at the statue of Sir Robert Napier, an Indian Army officer who fought in the first and second Anglo-Sikh Wars. We see the Royal Albert Hall at 15:24, and the Albert Memorial at 17:19, dedicated to Prince Albert, husband of Queen Victoria.
