Pagadian City in Zamboanga Del Sur, Mindanao is home to lots of great places to eat. But not only that... it is home to lots of AMAZING GINORMOUS DRIED FISH! Bulad as they are known in Bisaya are a specialty here and they have a market where you can find some of the most unique in the world!
We decided the other day to buy some dried fish from the market and cook them "Local Style" Escebeche! This is by far my favourite dried fish recipe ever!! ENJOY! :)
