Disneyland: Fantasmic! (8K Multiangle)

In 1992 the the Disneyland Resort was looking for a new form of nighttime entertainment that utilized both water and pyrotechnics. They introduced Fantasmic! a journey through the imagination of Mickey Mouse as he battles to defeat evil. The show was ported to Walt Disney World using a custom built theater in 1998, but the original version in Disneyland was integrated into the existing park and utilized the original elements such as the rafts to Tom Sawyer's Island, the Sailing Ship Columbia, and the Mark Twain Riverboat. This gives the Disneyland version an extra element of naturalism not found in it's younger Hollywood Studios sibling. The main difference between the two comes in the primary fight scene with the Disney World version featuring Pocahontas while Disneyland features a daring sward battle between Peter Pan and Captain Hook high above the Sailing Ship Columbia.

This video was filmed from the left side in front of Tiana's Palace on Friday April 4th and Saturday April 5th, as well as on Sunday April 6th from the right side general admission area right by the river.
