Fixing Speaker Sound Cutting Out - How-To - Retfurb Retro Audio

In this video we show a basic how-to for cleaning stereo speaker relays.
The unit is suffering from sound dropping out of the speakers randomly, So we are going to clean the contacts on the relay.
Hopefully this will rectify the issue and won't need any further repairs.

This is a quick place to start, Before doing any more in depth investigations on the unit.

Some stereos do not have speaker relays, So this fix will not apply.

There are many other factors within the stereo circuitry, That can also cause speakers dropping out. For example dirty control knobs & buttons. Also more in depth faults, That require further investigations.
