This dam truck is back after the dealer replaced the lifter under warranty. The customer drove the truck for one day and the same number 6 exhaust lifter has collapsed again. They are recommending the valve lifter oil manifold be replaced but since the same solenoid controls both lifters why is only one affected. Also I had tuned out the AFM electronically so it should not have gone into V4 mode at all. Ideas?
