The Diwan Saz ensemble collects the sparks of traditional music from the past and transcribes it into sacred contemporary music.

From New York to India, from a mosque to a synagogue, we were fascinated by the ability of our music to create a dialogue and rise above any controversy or politics.

דיוואן סאז הינו אנסמבל ייחודי המנגן ומעמיק במסורות המוזיקליות של טורקיה, מרכז אסיה והמזרח התיכון.
התכנים המילוליים והמלודיים של ההרכב מושפעים ממסורות עממיות רבות ומשלבים בתוכם את הרוח והמנגינה הסופית יחד עם המורשת המוזיקלית היהודית והערבית במרחבי המזרח התיכון.
ההרכב שר בכמה שפות: עברית, ערבית, טורקית, לדינו ופרסית.
ייחודיותו של המופע הוא באופן בו הוא מצליח לסחוף ולעורר את הקהל אל מסע מוזיקלי מאיסטנבול עד טהראן.
המופע פותח במלודיות שקטות הפורטות על נימי הרגש הפנימיים ומתפתח אל מקצבים סוחפים
אשר מניעים את הקהל לנוע ולרקוד.
