Here is a complete guide to Cipher! She is Honkai: Star Rail's latest support unit! She has a very unique damage recording mechanic that leads to a ton of versatility, as well as just a cool kit that can provide batterying for a few fan favourites. Wish she had some more damage though. She seems generally strong and flexible.
