Sautee your onion first in hot bacon fat. After about 4 minutes add in your carrots diced.
Add in one can of crushed tomatoes
Add in 3 1/2 cups of boiling water to 3 TSPS of Better than Bouillon Beef then add this in to the stew mixture
Add in one can of drained yellow sweet corn
Add in 2 cans of drained and rinsed white Cannellini beans
Add in the cut up pork ribs about 2 1/2 cups
DRY SEASONINGS:
1 TSP of Cumin
2 TSPS of Creole Seasoning
1 TSP of Organic Spanish Paprika
Allow all too cook together on low for 1 hr Remember, the pork ribs still have seasonings on them so you don't need much new seasoning at all.
