Polaris Ranger RZR 800s EFI Door Install

Hey family, in this video I will be Unboxing and going over how to install your brand-new doors for that Polaris Ranger RZR 800s EFI.

Lucky for me my fiancé got these doors for us as a birthday gift to me. Although if you’re interested in the same style, here is the link where we got them.

These doors came shipped straight to my front door almost fully installed other than the doorhandles having to be screwed on.

Installing these doors is a pretty simple process although make sure to have extra time for random problems. Such as stripped bolts, not the right tools, or any other inconveniences.

1: Remove your seats.

2: Simply unscrew the two bolts located in the front left & front right of the roll cage.

3: Then unscrew The star style Allen key located underneath the seat.

4: Unscrew the single bolt holding the back of the roll cage located behind your seat.

5: Get help to center the doors while you line up the holes and hand tighten your new screws in.

6: Do your best too evenly line up the doors to work smoothly then work your way onto tightening all the bolts necessary.
