In three months, the NDIS received nearly 7,000 complaints and 14,000 participants in the scheme have requested review.
A new NDIS report show nearly a third of the support provided nationally over six months was not used which Labor claims is due to red tape hinders participants in the scheme from using the money.
Waiting times to receive support increased over the course of 2019 which the government claims was due to a backlog of complex cases which they were working to clear.
