Starfire Protocol was nerfed, finally, in Lightfall. It reigned supreme for almost a full year as the top exotic for Solar Warlocks. Now, with a buff to Ember of Benevolence, it's very balanced but still very potent when built correctly with a solid synergy of fragments, weapons, and armor mods.
