Mike Moore, founder of HMS Creative Productions in Los Angeles, talks about how he got started and what it is like to work in the Film Industry. Designing iconic props for Star Trek and the Hobbit, Mike walks us through the design and creation of many iconic props for Sci-Fi films and TV. This is the first in a series called "The Art and Science of Filmmaking" which looks behind the scenes at what it takes to be an artist and make great movies and Television.
