DIY Case Lube 2.0 (

I tried my hand at this a few years ago when i learned about people making their own lubes using Lanolin oil. Where I live Lanlion is not a product that you see. I cant walk into a store and grab it off of the shelf. On top of that its a bit on the pricey side for the amount that you get. So after some brainstorming and a little research I learned that Mineral oil has a similar Hydrophilic–lipophilic balance (HLB) as Lanolin. After many views and several comments I learned that mineral oil being petroleum based has the potential to be a primer killer. After some careful consideration I went back to the drawing board to revamp this lube. After more research i discovered a plant based oil that also shared a similar HLB to both the Lanolin and the Mineral oils. This DIY case lube uses Castor oil as a substitute for liquid lanolin. After the initial test yielded positive results I decided to make an updated video. Try it and tell me what you think.
