I attended a unique one-off special evening event promoting the newly released Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (2025), a sequel to the Sony PS5 video game Death Stranding (2019) CHVRCHES performed 'Death Stranding' + Caroline Polachek live debuted and performed 'On the Beach' during this occasion on the London World Strand Tour 2 @ HERE at Outernet on 30th June 2025. The afternoon preceded with a pop-up shop/store on Tottenham Court Road, a variety of merchandise from the franchise was sold and a signing with Yoji Shinkawa took place. Held in the Outernet area I had an art card signed by the legendary artist.

Inside the main underground venue HERE at Outernet the evening began and ended with trailers showcasing Death Stranding 2, a Q&A session, and two musical performances live on stage with guests in attendance, including Hideo Kojima, Geoff Keighley, Norman Reedus, Léa Seydoux, CHVRCHES and Caroline Polachek. An in memorandum tribute to Low Roar's singer songwriter Ryan Karazija took place and a DJ set to round out the final hour.
