I'm finally going to upgrade the top tower cable anchors on the old "Ham" tilt-tower. In my other tower videos, you might recall these upper cable anchors are too small/weak, even becoming bent from heavy wind storms. So I'm going to replace them with larger anchors, first lowering the tower and removing the top section, so it can be brought back to "the shop" where the tools/welder are.
