How to Make Eggshell Calcium Powder Supplement

In this video I show you how to make calcium powder supplement from eggshells. The better your source of eggs the better the calcium will be. So the best source of eggshells are from your own chickens, or from a local source. If buying from a store then pasture raised and organic if possible.

The way I use the calcium powder is I add it to my worm farm or to a compost pile and let the worms and organisms distribute it throughout the compost. I then add that compost to my fruit and veggies and let biology distribute it to the plants.

You can take it internally or give to your pets and here are a few studies about using eggshells for calcium supplement.
