What is the Ho'oponopono?

The Ho'oponopono, also known as the Hawaiian Prayer, is the ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. It can be loosely translated to "correct a mistake" or "make it right," and has been used throughout the ages to resolve conflicts and clear negative energy between Hawaiian peoples.


How does the Ho'oponopono work?

All one has to do when practicing the Ho'oponopono is think of a situation, relationship or conflict that needs healing, and recite these four simple phrases:

I'm sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you
I love you


Are Headphones Needed?

Headphones are not needed. We also suggest that if someone does use headphones, they should listen to this track at a lower volume and only for as long as comfortable. If using headphones, try listening for 5-10 mins then take a break, then try for 15 mins next time etc. to figure out what works for you as everyone is different.

I personally sleep with this track on in the background, but I don't use headphones with it when I'm sleeping.

We do have the track on iTunes/Apple Music, which is only 12:40 long as it's the Ho'oponopono said 108 times fully. I find that if I'm using headphones, that is usually long enough for me. We don't want to cause anyone any discomfort, but many people have different threshold levels of sound tolerance.


Is the Ho'oponopono safe?

Yes, there is absolutely nothing negative attached to practicing the Ho'oponopono. We recommend using it whenever you run into conflicts or negative situations.


Are subliminals safe?

Our subliminals are safe. We use the phrase "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you" repeated. We also leave the Ho'oponopono track at normal speed.

We add the phrase "I forgive myself, I forgive myself, I forgive myself," at the end of every 9 Ho'oponopono chants just for added energy clearing and self forgiveness. This addition of self forgiveness really gives the Hawaiian prayer that added extra 'umph' to it, that can really help a person to forgive themselves as well.
