»īn nīz bogzarad« – this, too, shall pass.
The Persian phrase recalls an old saying that offers both comfort and admonition: nothing remains, everything flows — and within change lie both pain and hope.
Originally conceived as ballet music, the work takes the idea of transience as the starting point for an exploration of different forms and speeds of movement. Within a rhythmically driven forward propulsion, carried by purposeful harmonic trajectories, fleeting gestures repeatedly emerge, seeking to escape the steady advance.
No single voice leads for long; each is part of a shared, unstoppable breathing. Time appears multi-layered, seeming to stand still for a moment before flowing onward again — inevitable.
