Roseburn to Drylaw on the NEPN (North Edinburgh Path Network), at about 13:00 on Saturday 14th November 2020
~3.25km (2 miles) Average speed 22 km/h (13.5 mph).
A few folk have asked for videos of Edinburgh's path network, so I figured I'd eventually / gradually make a playlist of them. Roseburn (the back of Haymarket station) to Drylaw (North West Edinburgh).
I'm sure others can give a better description, but as far as I know, the NEPN was a railway line (hence the old station platforms at e.g. 4:10) which was converted to a shared use path, and is well-used by people walking, wheeling, and cycling. This particular section goes from more-or-less the city centre to the coast (in the direction of, but nit as far out as, the Forth road bridge)
