Sumaiya Basheer is a teacher in Gwadar Grammar School. She has Masters in Education.
She is very happy to teach the children in this school because the environment here is very good. Her father is also very satisfied with her teaching here.
Along with studies, this school also has sports activities for its students.
Sumaiya Basheer says that there are many private schools in Gwadar. Education till schools is very good. After that parents are worried about where to send them now.
She say that there is no facility to go to Quetta or Karachi, so unluckily, the children either start working in shops or go to garages or the best idea is to go to the sea and start fishing.

میں سچ میں صرف اسی اسکول میں مطمئن اور خوش کو کر پڑھاتی ہوں۔ کیونکہ یہاں کا جو ماحول
ہے وہ حد سے زیادہ فرینڈلی ہے۔ یہاں یہ ہمارے والدین مطمئن ہیں کہ ایز آ ٹیچر بچیاں اسکول میں پڑھانے گئی ہیں۔
پڑھائی کے ساتھ ساتھ ہمارے اسکول میں الگ سرگرمیاں بھی ہوتی ہیں جیسے ہمارے اسکول میں سپورٹس ویک ہوا تھا، کتب میلہ ہوتا ہے، پینٹنگز وغیرہ۔
میں نے ایجوکیشن میں ماسٹرز کیا ہے تو مجھے ایک بات ہمیشہ کھٹکتی ہے کہ بنیادی ضروریات پوری نہیں ہیں بچوں کی۔ جو بنیادی ضروریات ہیں وہ اگر پوری نہیں ہوں گی تو بچے پڑھائی پر فوکس نہیں کریں گے۔
اور سب سے بڑی بات، اسکول تک تو بچے سہی سے پڑھ لیتے ہیں، کیونکہ پرائیویٹ اسکولز بہت زیادہ ہیں اور سب اچھی اور معیاری تعلیم دیتے ہین، لیکن اسکول کے بعد ماں باپ پریشان ہوتے ہیں کہ اب بچوں کو کہاں بھیجنا ہے۔
کوئٹہ، کراچی لے جانے کی سہولت نہیں ہے تو بچے دکان پر بیٹھ جاتے ہیں، یا گیراجوں میں جاتے ہیں یا سب سے بہترین آئیڈیا سمندر پر جاو، ماہی گیری کرو۔
رنگ فیسٹیول ہوتا ہے، جس میں ڈرائنگ کرتے ہیں، ان میں سے ہمیں و انعامات ملتے ہیں، اور کبھی کبھی پروگرامز ہوتے ہیں، ہمیں تقریر کرنے کا موقع ملتا ہے۔ ہمیں ہمارے ٹیلنٹ کو آگے دکھانے کا موقع ملتا ہے۔ میں نے بڑے ہو کر پائلٹ بننا ہے اور ان شاء اللہ یہاں سے میڑک کر کے پھر کالج، اور ہمارے گوادر میں ابھی یونیورسٹی بنی ہے ۔ یونیورسٹی میں تعلیم حاصل کر کے ان شاء اللہ میں اپنے ملک کے لئے پائلٹ بنوں گی۔


I am truly happy and contented teaching only in this school. Because the atmosphere here is extremely friendly. Here it is that our parents are satisfied that a teacher girls have gone to school.
Along with studies, there are different activities in our school like our school had sports week, book fair, paintings etc.
I have done masters in Education, so one thing always strikes me is that the basic needs of children aren't met. If these basic needs aren't met, children will not focus on studies.
And the most important thing, children study well till school, because there are many private schools and all of them provide good and quality education, but after school, parents are worried about where to send their children.
There is no facility to take to Quetta, Karachi, so children sit in shops, or go to garages or the best idea is to go to the sea and fishing.
There is a color festival, in which we draw, we get prizes, and sometimes there are programs, we get a chance to speech. We get a chance to show our talent.
I want to become a pilot when I grow up and, God willing, I will graduate from here and then college, and now a university has been established in our Gwadar. After studying in the university, God willing, I will become a pilot for my country.
